About Me

Hi, I am Xiao Liu, a Ph.D. candidate at Sichuan University. My research lies in artificial intelligence and computer vision, with a focus on real-world image restoration and enhancement. My work centers on addressing fundamental challenges in complex degradation modeling, efficient neural architecture design, and high-quality image reconstruction under low-compute constraints. I aim to develop unified frameworks that bridge theoretical modeling and practical deployment, with particular emphasis on real-scene image enhancement and lightweight vision systems.

I have published six first-author papers in leading international journals and conferences, including IEEE Transactions on Pattern Analysis and Machine Intelligence, IEEE Transactions on Neural Networks and Learning Systems, IEEE Transactions on Industrial Informatics, and Knowledge-Based Systems, as well as ACM Multimedia (CCF-A) and the European Conference on Artificial Intelligence (CCF-B).
